Do suites have a parking spot?

Not a dedicated one.  There is a parking lot with 15 parking stalls for cars.  Three are for visitors, one for service vehicles and one for staff.  The other 10 parking stalls are rented by the strata to residents.  If a parking stall is not currently available, you can be put on a waiting list. 

A parking spot costs $ 40 a month.

The parking lot includes an enclosure with parking spots for scooters, which cost $20 a month

Do suites have a locker?

There are 10 lockers in a room on the ground floor, which the strata rents to residents.  If a locker is not is currently available, you can be put on a waiting list.   A locker costs $20 a month.

Is Minton House pet-friendly?

Yes, it is.  No, they don’t.  However, there is a parking lot with 15 parking stalls.  Three are for visitors, one for service vehicles and one for staff.  The other 10 parking stalls are rented out by the strata to residents.  You can ask whether a stall is currently available or whether you would have to be put on a waiting list.

Is Minton House pet-friendly?

Yes, it is.  Residents can have two small pets: two cats or a cat and a small dog (defined as a dog weighing less than 10 kg).  However, pets are not allowed in the lounge and dining room.
